Return and exchange
The company «Tor Trade» guarantees its clients the possibility of return or exchange of the purchased goods in accordance with the current provisions of the « Consumer Protection Law».
In what terms do you return/exchange
Such a procedure shall be carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the ordered items.
If you want to exchange the purchased goods for another, then depending on the presence of the desired model or the volume of the batch, this operation occurs within 2 months.
Conditions of return delivery are established by agreement between the customer and the seller.
List of requirements for return of products of appropriate quality
The service is provided under several mandatory conditions
In no case was the product used for its intended purpose, there was no damage in the form of stains, abrasions, etc. ;
• Storage in the original packing state and complete as described;
• The presence of a factory marking and all labels;
• There are no products defect.
If any item on the list is violated, the company may refuse the buyer to exchange and return goods of poor quality.
Goods belonging to categories specified in the current List of non-grocery goods of appropriate quality, not subject to return and exchange, will not be exchanged and accepted for return.
